Absolutely love Melissa! We used to come in and just take whatever stylist was first available. Sometimes we went to Lincolnshire Sportsclips and sometimes Bannockburn. Some were good and some were not so good. Then we had Melissa and we started specifically requesting her. She is very nice, made sure to listen to what my sons wanted in their haircuts, took notes for next time and didn’t oversell products at the end of the cut. Usually a longer wait for her, but just check in online so we can plan it out. She is the best!

Horrible! The manager, Melissa, allowed 2 customers to cut in front of me despite being first in the queue. I was told "just a few minutes" 15 minutes later I got the privilege of watching two other customers go in front of me. Avoid this store. The stylists clearly play favorites.

I’ve been here many times since moving to this area. Always had a good experience. I don’t like getting my hair cut. The staff makes this pleasant and gets me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Love the new online check in, as I only live 5 minutes away. Natasha is especially good at cutting my hair. My wife does not complain about my cut when she takes care of me. I don’t care too much as long as it doesn’t fall out.
